ABOUT US

A practice built around you

Rejuvenation Realm is a husband-and-wife-owned massage therapy practice created by Julie and Drew, two experienced massage therapists who believe bodywork should feel supportive, intentional, and tailored to the person receiving it.

Over the years, we have continued to build our skills through hands-on experience and advanced education in craniosacral therapy, Thai massage, therapeutic massage, cupping, mobility work, and other specialized techniques. While our approaches are different, we share the same goal: to help people feel more comfortable, connected, and at ease in their bodies.

Our work is therapeutic, but it is not centered around using the deepest pressure possible. We focus on precision, movement, nervous-system support, and working with the body rather than forcing it. Sessions may be gentle, active, relaxing, or somewhere in between, depending on what you need that day.

We especially enjoy supporting people living with chronic pain, autoimmune conditions, recurring tension, injuries, and physical or emotional stress. We also welcome anyone who simply needs time to slow down, breathe, and feel cared for.

As a small, locally owned practice, we want every client to feel listened to and genuinely supported. There is no one-size-fits-all session here. We take the time to understand what is going on, adjust our approach, and create care that feels personal to you.

Julie Volpigno, LMT

Owner · CranioSacral Specialist

Julie has been practicing massage therapy for over 8 years, with the past four years focused heavily on CranioSacral Therapy. She has trained through the Upledger Institute, completing CranioSacral Therapy 1 and 2, SomatoEmotional Release 1, Cranial Nerves, Immune Response, and Working with Chronic Depletion. She has also begun studying visceral manipulation and is continually expanding her understanding of the body through advanced continuing education.

Living with an autoimmune condition herself has shaped Julie’s compassionate and individualized approach to care. She understands that pain, fatigue, and nervous-system overwhelm can affect every part of a person’s life. Her goal is not simply to address symptoms, but to help each client experience the best possible outcome and an improved quality of life.

Julie’s work is thoughtful, precise, and generally light to medium in pressure. She enjoys supporting clients with chronic pain, autoimmune conditions, migraines, TMJ concerns, injury recovery, and complex or long-standing patterns in the body. She believes effective therapeutic work does not have to feel forceful and takes the time to listen to both the client and the body.

Outside of the treatment room, Julie enjoys hiking, writing poetry, continuing her education, and spending time with her husband and cat.

Drew Sato, LMT
THAI · MOBILITY · THERAPEUTIC

Drew Sato, LMT

Owner · Thai Massage & Mobility Specialist

Drew has been practicing massage therapy for one year and brings a grounded, movement-focused approach to each session. His work draws heavily from Thai massage, therapeutic massage, sports massage, assisted stretching, and mobility techniques to help clients feel more balanced, capable, and comfortable in their bodies.

Drew especially enjoys working with active clients, repetitive-use tension, restricted mobility, injury recovery, and people who prefer a firmer, more dynamic style of bodywork. His sessions may include compression, stretching, focused therapeutic work, and deeper pressure when appropriate, while always remaining responsive to each client’s comfort and goals.

He recently completed CranioSacral Therapy 1 through the Upledger Institute and plans to continue his education in CranioSacral Therapy. He is excited to incorporate this gentler, nervous-system-focused work alongside his movement-based and therapeutic techniques.

Drew believes massage should be effective, thoughtful, and individualized. Rather than following the same routine for everyone, he takes the time to understand how each client moves, where they feel limited, and what approach may best support their goals and quality of life.

Outside of massage therapy, Drew is a musician with a background in piano and music theory. He enjoys playing piano, continuing to develop his skills, and spending time with Julie and their cat.

WHAT WE OFFER

Our Services

Gentle to dynamic bodywork, always customized to what your body needs that day.

CranioSacral Therapy — gentle hands-on work at the head

CranioSacral Therapy

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that uses light, sustained contact to support relaxation and ease tension throughout the body. Rather than forcing change, the practitioner listens to subtle patterns and works with the body at its own pace.

This work can be especially comforting for people living with chronic pain, stress, migraines, jaw tension, autoimmune conditions, injury recovery, or nervous-system overwhelm. Sessions are typically quiet, deeply relaxing, and performed while you remain fully clothed.

May be offered on its own or woven into a customized massage.

Thai massage with assisted stretching

Thai Massage

Thai massage is an active, movement-based form of bodywork that combines rhythmic compression, assisted stretching, gentle rocking, and mobility techniques. It is sometimes described as having yoga done for you.

Sessions are performed while you remain fully clothed and are adapted to your flexibility, comfort, and individual needs. Thai massage can be especially helpful for stiffness, restricted mobility, repetitive-use tension, athletic recovery, and anyone who wants to feel more open and connected to their body.

Gentle and relaxing to dynamic and energizing — based on your goals.

Customized therapeutic massage focusing on the shoulder and scapula

Customized Therapeutic Massage

No two bodies are the same, and we do not believe every massage should follow the same routine. Each session is customized around your goals, preferences, health history, and how your body is feeling that day.

Your massage may include therapeutic massage, CranioSacral Therapy, Thai techniques, cupping, stretching, compression, focused work, or gentle relaxation. Pressure can range from light to firm, but our focus is always on thoughtful, precise care rather than simply applying the deepest pressure possible.

Chronic pain, injury recovery, stress, or rest — built around you.

What Our Clients Say

“Julie is amazing! I live with chronic low back pain caused by arthritis and have had negative experiences with massage causing excess pain. Julie is kind, patient and professional with my treatments. I really appreciate her ability to ease my anxieties and provide the best treatment and education to help me cope with my pain. 1000/10.”
— Rachel B.
“Had my very first Thai massage with Drew Sato. Wow it was amazing. It requires close contact (fully clothed) but he made it feel so very safe and comfortable. He gives you absolute control of your body during the stretches. He is very up front about what each of the stretches entail so you can decide if that’s something you are comfortable doing. And the stretching felt so very good! So he’s now my Thai massage guy. I already booked my next appointment.”
— Amanda E.
